The Bible DOES say not to get tattoos, no markings or piercings. Our bodies are a temple for the Holy Spirit and we shouldn’t be posting graffiti on them. When are Pastors going to be more responsible and tell people that they should not be getting tattoos??

Hi Britt and Jenny and family, God's blessings for you all. Well, all I have to say is, NO thank you! 30yrs.ago I got 2 tattoos, and today I really regret getting them. In the old Testament, it tells us not to make no marks or cuttings on your flesh.

I don’t understand why Pastors don’t preach about the Bible saying “no marks or cutting on your flesh.” I look at it like graffiti on our bodies which is the temple of the Holy Spirit! It makes me sad that Pastors don’t want to tell people that they shouldn’t be getting tattoos! What are they afraid of? Now that this is happening maybe more of them will become more responsible about warning against them.
