I was visiting my granddaughter who recently moved to Las Vegas last April and we attended a food truck event which also had other entertainment. We could not enter with cash and they had a lot of people where you should be able to pick up tickets purchased online and they were directing us to a digital QR code that we needed to scan to enter. They refused cash and had no physical tickets for those who had purchased tickets online (as we had). She even had to set up an account to be able to use the QR code. It made me think of your warnings :)
