I'm sure a lot of people out there think I'm a constant economic doomsayer since I've been making many of these same statements for almost two years now. I don't want to be right about these problems, but the data and circumstances we're facing simply are what they are. I'm not sure what the exact timing will be, but every indication is we're heading for the greatest economic crisis in the history of the world. And I don't doubt for a minute that the people in power will try to convince the world that "the solution" is central bank digital currency.
