Trump’s Executive Orders Point to Global Empire
The Current Arms Race Will End In Global Tyranny…
Since assuming office in January 2025, President Trump has issued a number of executive orders focused on the regulation, development, and implementation of artificial intelligence.
While the mainstream corporate media treats these as routine, they’re far from it.
Ultimately, Trump is trying to position the United States to win a global arms race – one with profound implications for every human being on the planet.
Again, you’ll find very little coverage of this in the mainstream corporate media, but after you read this, I think your eyes will be open in regard to how close we are to global empire.
Executive Orders
Let’s start with President Trump’s initial executive order, which set the tone for his overall policy 👇
As ZeroHedge reported in “Trump Admin Unveils Rule ‘To Unleash American Drone Dominance‘”:
“The Trump administration has announced a proposed rule on drones aimed at stimulating the U.S. drone market.
‘We are going to unleash American drone dominance,’ Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said at an Aug. 5 press conference.
Duffy noted that China dominates drones with 90 percent control of the market.
‘We’re turning over our skies to one of our main adversaries,’ he said.
The new rule would allow people to get products such as a Starbucks cup of coffee via drone, he said, adding that it will also change energy production, farming, manufacturing, and filmmaking.”
Starbucks coffee delivery?
That’s not what this executive order has in mind when it comes to “unleashing American drone dominance.”
So what is the goal?
Complete global military dominance.
The Goal is A.I.-Driven Drone Swarms Manufactured at Scale
On January 9, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth wrote a memo which included the following (emphasis mine):
“President Trump makes clear in Executive Order 14179, “It is the policy of the United States to sustain and enhance America’s global Artificial Intelligence (AI) dominance in order to promote human flourishing, economic competitiveness, and national security.” In the national security domain, AI-enabled warfare and AI-enabled capability development will re-define the character of military affairs over the next decade. This transformation is a race - fueled by the accelerating pace of commercial AI innovation coming out of America’s private sector. The United States Military must build on its lead over our adversaries in integrating this technology, established during President Trump’s first term, to make our Warfighters more lethal and efficient. To this end, aligned with America’s AI Action Plan, I direct the Department of War to accelerate America’s Military AI Dominance by becoming an “AI-first” warfighting force across all components, from front to back.”
According to Hegseth, the United States is engaged in a race to develop A.I.-enabled warfare and A.I.-enabled capability development.
Encouraging A.I. and drone development in the private sector is not about delivering Starbucks coffee.
It’s about nurturing a nation’s domestic technological capabilities so they can win a race that determines who rules the world.
And the Trump administration’s commitment to drone dominance is already starting to have an impact.
In the Forbes article, “Swarm Forge: Pentagon’s Mass-Drone Test Signals Near-Term Deployment,” we read:
“‘The Nemyx distributed swarming engine runs as an app on each of the drones,’ says Meier. ‘They communicate with each other and organise themselves to attack targets in priority order.’
The drones exchange information including relative location and ‘heartbeat’ status, and which target they are homing in on. The swarm is synchronised so that if one drone is lost, another automatically takes over its target.
Meier notes that the swarm’s robust mesh network is highly resistant to jamming, greatly aided by simple physics. It requires relatively little power to jam communications between a nearby drone and an operator many miles away, it is much harder to jam communications between drones which are much closer to each other than to the jammer.
‘Even if all communication is lost, each drone will use its best efforts to hit its target,’ says Meier.”
Decentralized, A.I.-controlled drone swarms are already here, and they’re evolving quickly.
Expect to see stronger, faster, larger, and ever more capable drone swarms in the months and years ahead.
This also confirms what we’ve been saying for several years now – the traditional defense procurement cycle of 10 to 15 year projects (design to production) is over. It’s obsolete - a relic of the past.
The software is what matters:
“Auterion is essentially a software company. The point of the demonstration is to show what the control system can do. The drone itself hardly matters.”
The software is what’s essential in fielding these capabilities. The hardware (the drones themselves) are largely irrelevant.
The power comes from fielding drones capable of adapting in real-time on the battlefield, while operating as a decentralized swarm.
Conventional weapons are defenseless against such capabilities:
“But integrating this type of drone into a swarm raises it to a higher level and enables rapid attacks at a large scale.”
Decentralized, A.I.-enabled drone swarms provide a decisive battlefield advantage, and the U.S. military is actively pursuing such capabilities on an accelerated timeline via “Swarm Forge”:
“The demonstration is part of Swarm Forge, one of the ‘pace setting projects’ that comprise the Department of War’s new Artificial Intelligence Acceleration Strategy, Swarm Forge is a ‘Competitive mechanism to iteratively discover, test, and scale novel ways of fighting with and against AI-enabled capabilities – combining America’s elite warfighting units with elite technology innovators.’”
And it’s not just decentralized, A.I.-enabled drone swarms the U.S. is after.
It’s the ability to speed up the procurement process and deploy more and larger swarms:
“And whichever sectors of the military push ahead with swarms, they can get them far more rapidly than the traditional multi-year procurement cycle allows with legacy platforms.
‘We can scale up cheaper, faster and at a grander scale,’ says Meier.”
Already, drone swarm capabilities are advancing at an exponential rate:
“The swarms are getting larger. Auterion are currently operating swarms of up to 22 units, but that number doubles every few months. Soon single operators will not just be hitting three targets at a time, but thirty. Or more. At present, Russian columns are wiped out slowly by successive FPV strikes; a swarm attack might take out the entire column in seconds.”
The development of these technologies will give the U.S. (and whoever else develops them) a decisive advantage on the battlefield:
“Individual drones have proven incredibly effective in Ukraine. This week President Zelensky said that in 2025 drones inflicted 80% of the damage on Russian forces. Which means the drones are already doing four times damage as much as everything else put together. Swarms will multiply that effectiveness, and the smarter the swarm the more capable it will be. Whoever ends up with the best swarms with the smartest software will have a decisive advantage.”
Drones already dominate the battlefield. However, drone capabilities are also advancing at an exponential pace. This is not true for conventional weapons.
This means drones will only become more important and more dominant in the days ahead.

Exponential Change on the Battlefield
We’re still in the early stages of the drone swarm era, but today’s drone swarms will rapidly transform into something most people can not yet begin to imagine.
As I first mentioned in my article, “A.I., Drone Swarms, and the End Times,” when most people think of drones, they think of something like this 👇
And when most people think of drone swarms, they think of something like this 👇
But the drones and drone swarms of the near future won’t look anything like these drones. In all likelihood, they’ll look like this 👇
A.I.-controlled drone swarms will be able to completely overwhelm conventional military weapons and personnel.
However, mutual assured destruction (MAD) will remain in place as long as the major nuclear powers can maintain secrecy regarding the location of their nuclear-armed submarines.
But…
Once nations can cost effectively manufacture enough drones to track everything in the world’s oceans and waterways, MAD will come to an end.
That’s what the United States, China, and other global powers are urgently racing to achieve.
The Ability to Scale Drone Swarms
In August 2023, the U.S. Department of Defense announced plans for something called The Replicator Initiative.
The stated goal?
At a National Defense Industrial Association conference, U.S. Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks said Washington was initiating a program to launch thousands of land-, air-, and sea-based drones simultaneously:
“We’ve set a big goal for replicator,” Hicks said. “to field attritable, autonomous systems at a scale of multiple thousands [and] in multiple domains within the next 18-to-24 months. The “replication” isn’t just about production. We also aim to replicate and inculcate how we will achieve that goal, so we can scale whatever is most efficient, effective and relevant in the future, again and again.”
The message was clear. The U.S. wants a drone production system they can scale.
And that’s the key element.
The ability to manufacture mass quantities of drones at large scale (first thousands, then millions, then billions) and have them operate in synchronized, decentralized swarms is what will give a nation (or group of nations) the ability to circumvent MAD and establish a global empire.
This is precisely what the United states is seeking.
How can I be so sure? Aside from the stakes involved, the best indication is the name they chose for this program – The Replicator Initiative.
The program name itself uses a key word – “replicator” – that first appeared in this context in the 1986 book Engines of Creation: The Coming Era of Nanotechnology by K. Eric Drexler. A replicator describes a machine that can design and construct a copy of itself with atomic precision, using something called an “assembler” – an assembler is the key component which makes molecular manufacturing possible. Whoever develops it will have enormous power:
“States could use assemblers or advanced AI systems to achieve sudden, destabilizing breakthroughs. I earlier discussed reasons for expecting that the advent of replicating assemblers will bring relatively sudden changes: Able to replicate swiftly, they could become abundant in a matter of days. Able to make almost anything, they could be programmed to duplicate existing weapons, but made from superior materials. Able to work with standard, well-understood components (atoms) they could suddenly build things designed in anticipation of the assembler breakthrough. These results of design-ahead could include programmable germs and other nasty novelties. For all these reasons, a state that makes the assembler breakthrough could rapidly create a decisive military force – if not literally overnight, then at least with unprecedented speed.”
What is he talking about here? He’s talking about a still theoretical, but soon-to-occur breakthrough. That breakthrough is known as molecular manufacturing.
Go back and read the paragraph above a second time, but replace the word “assembler” with the term “molecular manufacturing.” If you do, you’ll understand the power molecular manufacturing offers.
You’ll also understand why the world stands on the threshold of global empire.
Global Empire is Coming
The development of these technologies is certain to lead to global empire.
Vladimir Putin knows it 👇
Doug Burgam knows it 👇
And the Bible foretold it before either one of them 👇
“Then he said to me, ‘This fourth beast is the fourth world power that will rule the earth. It will be different from all the others. It will devour the whole world, trampling and crushing everything in its path.’” Daniel 7:23 (NLT)
and
“And the beast was allowed to wage war against God’s holy people and to conquer them. And he was given authority to rule over every tribe and people and language and nation.” Revelation 13:7 (NLT)
Time is short.

Hi Britt and Jenny and family, God's blessings for you all.
I read all this article, it makes me feel afraid, but God tells us,Do not fear, What man can do to you, but Fear Him, Who can destroy both body and soul. Do you think these drones will be used on our own people? I know they are survival us now, I put my Faith in Jesus Christ our Lord to deliver us. Thank you Britt for all you do. Do you think America will be the one who wins this race?
